Fairfax Fall Festival 2021

A very festive success!

Many joined together on this October day to celebrate the Fairfax Fall Festival. Even with clouds looming above, the vivid conversation, laughter, playing, and learning together was a blast and it made it all worthwhile.

It was amazing to be able to see a diverse crowd with neighbors from all over. The Reading Room was represented well this year with 9 different individuals. This is a blessing to the community as we can share knowledge and perspective about CS.

For the children, the coloring activity was truly the big draw! So many young ones happily illustrated Beatiitude concepts. They were proud to know all of their art was prayers and blessings to the world!

“I know I sure did enjoy many harmonious conversations and encounters with our diverse neighbors, fellow Truth seekers. I always love the Fall Festival and like to think of it fueled by and expressing the following “

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
(Malachi 3:10)

That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
(I Timothy 6:18)

Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
(Hebrews 13:2)
